At SWFAA, one of our primary goals in keeping the idustry strong is to help match talent with industry careers.  We have partnered with WebScribble, the nation's standard in multifamily job listings, to bring youthe new SWFAA Career Center!  Whether your looking for employment or employees, this easy to-use-site will get your postings seen!  This site is designed for both Properties and Supplier members to help match you with the best candidates.

JOB SEEKERS

Post your resume to be seen by multifamily companies that are hiring.  Simply follow the simple steps to create your account and upload your resume to get notifications from employers.  Want to keep your job search on the down-low?  No problem!  You may "hide" visibility of your resume from specific companies to keep your current employer from knowing that you are looking for change.

EMPLOYERS

Set up a profile for your company with your logo, contact information, website, video and social media page.  The listings are mobile optimized, and you can track your applicants right from our platform.  NEW!  Your posting will also be posted in the statewide listings via the Florida Apartment Association!

Choose from 3 plans to fit your needs:

• BASIC:  SWFAA Member Rate: $99 for 30 days

• ENHANCED:  SWFAA Member Rate:  $199 for 30 days

Get all the benefits of the Basic Plan plus your company logo is featured prominently on the job search page and your job will be highlighted and displayed at the top of searches for maximum visibility.

• PREMIUM:  SWFAA Member Rate:  $349 for 60 days

Get all the benefits of the Enhanced plan for an additional 30 days plus your job will be highlighted in job alert emails sent to qualified job seekers.  In addition, your job will be placed on a high performance distribution Partner Network offering the most comprehensive reach across a wide variety of job boards including Talroo (previously Jobs2Careers), ZipRecruiter, JuJu, and Google for Jobs at no additional cost!

**NOTE:  SWFAA will no longer be manually matching resumes with job openings via email, so be sure to take advantage of the efficient new site!
