In Loving Memory of Holli Noel-DePold

Dear SWFAA Members,

It is with profound sadness that I share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved Executive Director, Holli

Noel-DePold. For so many of us, she was far more than an Executive Director. She was a friend, a mentor, a trusted colleague, and the heart of the Southwest Florida Apartment Association.

She gave so much of herself to SWFAA and to the multifamily housing industry. She was the person behind so many of the details that kept our association moving forward, often quietly making sure that things were handled, people were supported, and our members felt connected.

Her impact on SWFAA cannot be measured simply by a list of accomplishments. She built relationships. She encouraged people. She believed in others. She showed up. She cared deeply about this association and the people make it what it is.

For me personally, her loss is especially profound. She believed in me, encouraged me, and helped me become the leader I am today. I will forever be grateful for the confidence she placed in me and for the impact she had on my life.

There are no words that can adequately express how deeply she will be missed. 

Our Board of Directors is working together to ensure that SWFAA continues to honor her legacy while we navigate this tremendous loss. We will communicate additional information regarding arrangements, ways to honor her memory, and association operations as details become available.

For now, we that our SWFAA family keep her loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. She gave so much to this association, and we will carry her legacy forward together.
