As General Manager of The Surface Masters’ new Florida Division, I lead the strategic expansion and operational management of one of the nation’s most trusted paving and surface restoration companies. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the paving and construction industry, I’ve successfully built and grown multiple multimillion-dollar companies and divisions across several markets — always with a focus on quality, integrity, and sustainable growth.

In this role, I’m responsible for building The Surface Masters’ Florida operations from the ground up — overseeing everything from business development and client relationships to project management, team leadership, and long-term market positioning.

Key Focus Areas:
• Market Expansion & Growth: Spearheading The Surface Masters’ entrance into Florida and positioning the brand as a leading force in asphalt paving, concrete, sealcoating, and pavement management services.
• Operational Leadership: Managing full-cycle operations — including estimating, production, quality control, and customer service — to ensure every project meets our high standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
• Team Development: Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a results-driven team focused on accountability, performance, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Business Development: Building partnerships, cultivating new client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Client Experience: Upholding The Surface Masters’ reputation for reliability, transparency, and excellence — ensuring every project delivers lasting value.
