Katona Zito

I am the Director of Revenue Growth at Munyan Painting Services, where I focus on building lasting partnerships and creating opportunities for growth throughout Florida’s community association industry. Giving back to this industry has always been one of my greatest passions. I proudly served on the Southwest Florida Apartment Association Board of Directors in 2024, was honored as SWFAA Volunteer of the Year in 2023, and received the SWFAA Supplier Superstar of the Year award in 2022. Beyond SWFAA, I have been actively involved with other organizations across the state, including BAAA, AAGO, and SPCAA, because I believe strong relationships, servant leadership, and giving back are the foundation of success in this industry, and I strive to make a meaningful impact wherever I serve.
