MAYHEM RACE CAR CHALLENGE

Competition details, rules and specs.

All cars will be weighed, measured and checked for approved materials. Race cars not meeting required specs will be disqualified.

Materials: Must use at least 4 everyday maintenance parts (wood doesn't count as a maintenance part).
Wheels: Must use maintenance parts for wheels (recommended 2 small in front, 2 large in back).
- SWFAA will NOT be providing wheels and pre-manufactured wheels are NOT permitted.
Dimensions: Max 18" length, 6" width, 6" height.
Weight: Max 2 pounds.
Power: Must be gravity-powered only.
Contact: Must have a 1/2" bumper on front and back to touch the start gate pin.
Design: Focus on good alignment and even weight distribution for better performance and speed.
Creativity: Create a car that looks cool for a chance to win best-in-show!
