Maintenance teams are First Responders onsite for pre-storm and post-storm site management and resident safety. 

In this session we will be digging deeper than what may be in your company handbook by addressing real-life issues faced by SWFAA maintenance teams during Hurricane Ian and other significant storms.  Safety issues.  What to check.  What to turn on/off.  When to act. What to avoid.  Best practices.  Lessons learned. How to manage the post-storm mess and who to contact.
