This year we are making nominations easier for you!  We think that describing your nominees' accomplishments with stories and photos is a greater representation of their impact on the industry than requiring financial documents, reports and such.  However, there are links to upload anything you like!

• NOMINATE NOW! Nominations are free through OCTOBER 22!  

  • A fee of $25 per nomination will apply OCTOBER 23-30, and will be invoiced to the nominating individual's company. No one except us will know who nominated you, as that info is confidential.  So remember... it's okay to nominate yourself!

• All nominations must be submitted no later than midnight (11:59pm) on OCTOBER 30.

• Late submissions will not be accepted.

• You may save and return to forms at any time, but deadlines still apply at time of submission.
