ABOUT LORI...

Lori Agudo is a seasoned professional in the multifamily industry, bringing over 18 years of invaluable experience to her role as Director of Training & Talent Development at Royal American Management. With a passion for education and development, she has dedicated the past seven years to serving as an industry educator, shaping the future of talent in the field.

In her current capacity, Ms. Agudo oversees all training programs for Royal American Management employees, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of professional development opportunities. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond her role at Royal American Management as she actively serves the industry in various leadership capacities.

Ms. Agudo's contributions to the industry are extensive. She is a valued member of the AAGO Education Advisory Council, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping educational initiatives. She serves as the Treasurer of the AAGO Foundation, demonstrating her dedication to supporting the community.

Furthermore, Ms. Agudo holds leadership positions within the SCAA, serving as the President of the Board of Directors and the Sponsorship Chairperson. Her involvement extends to the FAA Board of Directors and APAC Board of Directors, where she represents the SCAA as a delegate, advocating for the interests of the industry.

Recognized for her expertise and dedication, Ms. Agudo is also a member of the NAA's DEI Committee and Curriculum Development Committee as well as an NAAEI Faculty member, contributing to the advancement of education within the industry.

Ms. Agudo's commitment to professional development is evident through her pursuit of certifications. She holds the CAM designation and is currently working towards her ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certification through IREM. Recently, she obtained the Instructional Design Certification from the Association for Talent Development, further enhancing her ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.

With her wealth of experience, leadership acumen, and dedication to education, Ms. Agudo continues to be a driving force in shaping the future of talent development in the multifamily industry.
